Minimum Order Quantities
Our MOQ is 10 kg per product reference, across our entire catalogue, confirmed on your quote.
Getting a Quote
Submit a wholesale inquiry through our Contact page with the products, quantities and destination you have in mind. We typically respond within 2 business days with pricing, MOQ and lead times. Every quote is valid for 30 days from its date of issue.
Samples
Samples are free of charge — you only cover the shipping cost. Indicative lead time for a sample is 5 business days from the request.
Payment Terms
Once an order is confirmed, standard terms are a 70% deposit on order and 30% before shipment against shipping documents, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C). Payment is by international bank transfer (SWIFT), and prices are quoted in EUR, USD or XOF.
Shipping & Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders ship under Incoterm FOB (Free On Board) Cotonou, Incoterms 2020. Other terms — EXW, CIF, DAP — can be agreed case by case. All shipments originate from Cotonou, Benin.
Production Lead Times
Production time ranges from 72 hours to 3 weeks, depending on the volume of your order.
What Ships With Every Order
Every ingredient and finished product is documented with a Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA), plus regulatory notes for the EU, UK, USA and Canada markets.
